The excess skin in the upper arms can be removed by fat suction if there is no sagging. This procedure can be done under local anesthesia and sedation, and it takes about 1 hour. After the operation, the patient can go home immediately and return to his/her normal life the following day. Dressing is applied for 3-4 weeks.
For sagging in the upper arms, the excess skin can be removed by cutting along the arm under general or local anesthesia and sedation, but since the scar from an arm list are permanent, it is placed in areas that aren’t easily visible.
