Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation
  • Legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

  • Visual records (pre/post-treatment photographs - with your consent)

Automatically Collected Technical Data

When you submit the contact form on our website, the following technical data is automatically recorded for security, auditing and abuse-prevention purposes:

  • IP address (not for geolocation — only for attack detection and rate limiting)
  • Browser information (User-Agent) — for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Form submission date and time
  • Your preferred language (TR / EN / DE / AR)

Data Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for a maximum of 2 (two) years, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Where legal obligations require longer retention, the provisions of KVKK Article 7 apply.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed, request information about the processing, learn the purpose and whether it is used appropriately, request correction/deletion, learn about any transfer to third parties, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damages.

Third-Party Marketing Tools (Meta Pixel)

Our website uses Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) technology, which only activates after your explicit cookie consent. Once consent is granted, technical information such as your IP address, browser details, visited pages and interactions (contact, WhatsApp appointment requests, treatment page views) may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. (USA) for marketing measurement. This transfer occurs solely under your explicit consent, within the scope of applicable regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings; once withdrawn, all new tracking operations stop immediately.
